What services does the rental fee include?
We include our on-site Event coordinator, beautiful main hall, two style suites, prep- kitchen for catering, “The Foundry room,” tables and chairs for 300 people, 100 feet of white-backdrop, 24-foot-long custom bar, and color-changing up-lights. Are other events scheduled on the same day?
Nope! When you rent The Madison, you get the whole space. It will be your event and your event only.
What is your alcohol policy?
At The Madison, we make it easier than ever to have a world-class alcohol service! We have stress-free bar packages that fit your budget so you don’t have to think or worry about it.
Are there adequate restroom facilities?
Yes! We haven’t had an event at the Madison yet where we have had a line for the bathrooms. With sixteen new bathrooms and 3 of them being ADA accessible, we can accommodate all of your guests!
Are there any restrictions we need to know about?
