• What services does the rental fee include?

    We include our on-site Event coordinator, beautiful main hall, two style suites, prep- kitchen for catering, “The Foundry room,” tables and chairs for 300 people, 100 feet of white-backdrop, 24-foot-long custom bar, and color-changing up-lights.   • Are other events scheduled on the same day?

    Nope! When you rent The Madison, you get the whole space. It will be your event and your event only.

  • What is your alcohol policy?

    At The Madison, we make it easier than ever to have a world-class alcohol service! We have stress-free bar packages that fit your budget so you don’t have to think or worry about it.

  • Are there adequate restroom facilities?

    Yes! We haven’t had an event at the Madison yet where we have had a line for the bathrooms. With sixteen new bathrooms and 3 of them being ADA accessible, we can accommodate all of your guests!

  • Are there any restrictions we need to know about?
